We collect the information you provide when signing up: your name, business name, email address, trade, service area and any service preferences you provide. We use this information to tailor LeadDrop reports and services to your business.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to deliver the LeadDrop service — including the free weekly report you request, relevant local-lead alerts, service communications and, where you choose to subscribe, payment processing through Stripe.

3. Payment information

We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively within LeadDrop to provide the service you signed up for.

5. Communications

We send the free weekly report only after you confirm your email address. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Paid subscribers may also receive lead alerts via their chosen delivery method and service updates.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days.
