How does setup work?
Start with the profile builder, then continue to signup. We review the details before activation and can clarify anything needed for a useful setup.
Can I change my service area or job preferences?
Yes. Your profile can be adjusted as your service area, services or preferred work changes.
What if my location is not already monitored?
Tell us where you work during setup. Availability depends on the communities and sources that can be monitored for your profile; do not assume coverage until it has been reviewed.
How many leads should I expect?
Lead volume varies by location, service category, season and the conversations available. LeadDrop does not guarantee a particular number of leads.
Are leads exclusive?
No exclusivity is claimed. A conversation may be visible to other people in the original community or match more than one appropriate profile.
Can I access the original conversation?
Where the source permits it, alerts include a link so you can open the original conversation and decide whether to respond.
How are alerts delivered?
Email and Telegram alerts are included. SMS may be available as an optional add-on where applicable.
What if I receive irrelevant matches?
